Bio

Lauren grew up in Millbrae, CA. She attended San Diego State University where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training and her Board Certification in 2022. She then moved to Honolulu, HI and began working as an Athletic Trainer at Saint Louis School, an all-boys K-12 Catholic school. Concurrently, Lauren attended the University of Hawai’i at Manoa and received her Master’s degree in Kinesiology and Rehabilitation Science in 2024. She also worked as a research assistant for the Hawai’i Concussion Awareness and Management Program, contributing to publications related to head impacts and proper tackling techniques in high school football. Lauren joined the College of San Mateo Athletic Training staff in August 2024.
