Bio

Alex Silva began his position as Equipment Manager at the College of San Mateo in 2025, supporting all Bulldogs athletics programs. He brings experience from both the collegiate and professional levels, with past roles as a Stanford Football Equipment Manager and Arena Operations Manager for the Golden State Warriors. Alex focuses on keeping equipment operations organized, safe, and game-ready, while streamlining systems for travel and competition. He works closely with Bulldog students, coaches, staff, and vendors to support a smooth game-day experience for all student-athletes.

Alex earned his bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Colorado Boulder. In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with his black lab, Splash.
