Bio

Emily McAdams enters her second year as an assistant coach for College of San Mateo.

McAdams grew up in Redwood City and graduated from Sequoia High School in 2017. At Sequoia, McAdams was a four-year varsity starter. She was a 3-sport athlete in high school, playing volleyball, basketball, and softball.

McAdams began her collegiate career at CSM where she made two California State Championship appearances in 2018 and 2019. In 2018, she was named 1st Team All-Conference as a pitcher. In 2019, she was awarded NFCA All American, All State Pitcher of the Year for the North, and was also named Coast Conference Pitcher of the Year. 

McAdams went on to continue her athletic and academic career at Humboldt State University where she competed for two seasons (2020-2022). She graduated in 2022 with a bachelor's degree in Communications.
