"Coach T" has been coaching at CSM since 1997 and as the Head Coach since 2018 helping lead hundreds of CSM players to Division I scholarships. Coach believes in building men of character on and off the field. The CSM staff emphasizes academic performance and the personal development of each individual scholar-athlete to prepare them for life beyond football. Coach Tulloch was awarded Bay 6 Coach of the Year (2018,2019,2022), NorCal Coach of the Year (2019,2022), and State Coach of the Year (2022) while helping to CSM to their 2022 State and National Championship.

Tulloch was a defensive back for Palomar College (91-92) when Palomar won the 1991 National Championship. Tulloch then moved on to Menlo College (93-94) where he was a captain and led his team in interceptions both his junior and senior years. Tulloch graduated with a bachelor's degree in advertising and a master's in sports studies. Tulloch is married with five children.
