Simply put, Coach Owens is the man! Coach O has coached on every level, including NFL Europe, Major College Football, and Junior College. He was head Coach at CSM for 19 years before stepping down following the 2008 season. The Bulldogs have won over 100 games under Coach Owens' leadership. After two years away from the program - in which he got married and served as a consultant for the University of California - Coach O returned to CSM full time as an outside linebackers coach and academic advisor. Coach Owens played at Sequoia High School before attending CSM and later Long Beach State. Coach bleeds blue and white, has been a bulldog for over 25 years, and has coached or hired nearly every member of the current staff.
