Bio

Coach Lang has been committed to coaching football since 1998. He joined the CSM family in 2005 as an assistant coach and in 2006, began developing the running backs. His coaching career began at Woodside High School as a JV head coach and varsity defensive coordinator; for three seasons his teams made CCS playoffs and won a Co-CCS Championship (1999). His coaching career has also included stops with the Redwood City 49ers and Foothill College. As a player, Coach Lang played at Woodside High School (3 years varsity) and lead the Wildcats as a sophomore in receiving touchdowns. In 1990-1995, he played at San Jose State University. Coach Lang was awarded Outstanding Freshmen of the Year for SJSU in 1990 (California Raisin Bowl Champions) and ended the season ranked 20th in the UPI poll. He is an active member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. Coach Lang is married with three children.
