Max Stines

Bio

CSM Athletics welcomed Max to the Bulldog family in December of 2022. He is no stranger to the campus and culture of the department, being the sibling of Softball’s Assistant Coach, Allie Stines. He is a proud alumnus of Capuchino High School, Class of 2018, and is currently finishing his Bachelor's Degree in Sports Administration through Louisiana State University.

Immediately after graduating high school, Max entered the coaching world, joining the Junior Varsity Baseball staff at Capuchino, serving as the Head Coach for flag football and basketball at Parkside Intermediate School, and directing summer camps throughout the city for National Academy of Athletics. He currently serves as a Board Member for San Bruno Youth Baseball along with his coaching duties.

Prior to his work as the Athletic Equipment Manager, Max held roles as a Ramp Service Agent for United Airlines and as an Instructional Assistant at Capuchino. He credits these roles for developing his organizational and interpersonal communication skills. Max's roles on campus include home game set-up, uniform inventory and laundry services, van fleet management, and many other duties as needed. He is known for his supportive attitude and commitment to excellence in the department.

In his free time, Max loves to spend time with his wife, Selena, and their dog Maverick, and he is in active pursuit of watching a baseball game at every Major League stadium.
