No. 3 Bulldogs extend winning streak to 11 after sweep of Las Positas

The No. 3 state-ranked College of San Mateo women's volleyball team continued its dominant run this week, picking up a sweep of Las Positas College on Wednesday to close out the week's action and improve their season-best winning streak to 11 matches.

The Bulldogs defeated Las Positas 25-13, 25-17, 25-10 to pick up their fourth consecutive sweep and improve their overall record to 16-3. CSM has won 14 straight sets over its last five matches and currently leads the Coast Conference North Division at 6-0.

Valerie Bruk led CSM on offense against LPC with 13 kills. Naomie Cremoux added 12 kills, Ashley Cacon posted 11 digs, and Angelina Estrada totaled 24 assists.

Up next, the Bulldogs will host Hartnell College next Wednesday (Nov. 2) at 6:30 p.m. in a Coast Conference North Division game.
