CSM Football vs. Butte / Game Day Info

SAN MATEO – No. 2 state-ranked College of San Mateo hosts No. 6 Butte College in a big Week 5 matchup of top-ranked teams. The game is set for Saturday (Oct. 1) with kickoff at 1 p.m. at College Heights Stadium. | CAMPUS MAP

Tickets are available in advance online at the CSM TICKETS PAGE. General admission tickets are $12, seniors, children, and veterans are $8 as well as non-CSM students with a school ID.

CSM is 4-0 to open the season and is coming off a 24-14 win at No. 21 American River College. Quarterback Richie Watts put up another solid game but it was the Bulldogs' defense that stole the show. Led by a pair of interceptions by Justin Sinclair, San Mateo forced seven turnovers. | WEEK 4 RECAP 

Butte enters the contest with a 3-1 overall record. Since their lone loss to College of the Sequoias in the 2022 season opener, the Roadrunners have won three straight, including a 35-14 upset of then No. 1 City College of San Francisco.

Last season, CSM defeated Butte 21-14 in San Mateo.
