Giving back to the community has always been stressed as part of the College of San Mateo Baseball program. On September 29, CSM baseball student-athletes and coaches volunteered with the Miracle League of San Francisco Peninsula.

The Miracle League of San Francisco conducts baseball games on Sundays during September and October in Redwood City for children and adults with intellectual, physical, or developmental disabilities. The Bulldogs were there helping out at both the kids and adult baseball games, offering plenty of coaching tips, positive encouragement, and high fives to all participants.

"I was extremely proud of how engaging our players were throughout the day," said CSM baseball head coach Riley Goulding. "Everyone had a great time."
